Placing your cabinet in the impulse triangle among other impulse items can help boost your Ice Cream sales. HB recommend that you organise your impulse cabinet into four segments and you stock the best sellers alongside new products.
Ensure that the cabinet is kept free from obstructions at all times regardless of seasonal activity. HB freezers are designed to work in open spaces. Do not place display stands or obstructions close to Impulse cabinet. An obstructed Ice Cream freezer prevents the Impulse purchase, hence lost sales.
Highlight the fact that you sell Ice Cream by using HB Visibility/ POS materials designed to provide suitable triggers attracting shopper’s attention and stimulating their desire to buy an Ice Cream
Given that approximately 70% of Ice Cream purchases are unplanned, it is really important to have a price-board that clearly displays correct retail sales prices at the cabinet in order to facilitate the decision-making process.
