When AIB offloaded their ATM business to Point Cash it was expected that service levels previously experienced would remain the same.
We have been informed that those retailers that “self-fill” cash from their stores into the on-site ATM’s were not reimbursed with their funds for last Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and more worryingly, have not been given any assurances as to when they will be put in funds.
We have been in contact with both the Central Bank and the Department of Finance about this totally unacceptable state of affairs
