Small and medium sized business organisation, ISME, has said it is gravely concerned about proposals on collective bargaining put forward by a government backed working group.
The report of the High-Level Working Group of the Labour Employer Economic Forum (LEEF), published last week, proposes that non-union employers could be compelled to negotiate with trade unions. (See Here)
