The Convenience Stores and Newsagents Association is delighted to introduce our new National President, Joe Mannion. Having served as Vice-President during 2018/19, Joe took over the appointment from Marcella O’Neill at The CSNA National Conference AGM on Thursday, 30th of May.

Joe and his wife Caroline own Mannion’s Daybreak in Clondalkin, Dublin. Joe has previously served as President of CSNA in 2010 and 2011. He has also fulfilled other important roles within the association, as an officer on the Dublin South Branch and until recently he was Finance Officer to the Association.

Joe is very involved in Scouting Ireland and is also an active member of Clondalkin Chamber where he regularly promotes business initiatives in his area.

Joe’s passion for CSNA has been unwavering for 30 years and he firmly believes in the valuable benefits of this great association and the representation it offers all members. Speaking at the recent CSNA Gala Dinner, Joe commented on his goals for the year ahead “I am delighted to be National President of CSNA. We are in the midst of our three year plan 2017-2020, so this is an extremely important term in office and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. With the support of my colleagues on the National Executive I really want to hit the ground running so we can achieve as much as possible for our members over the next twelve months that will make a real difference in the day to day lives of our fellow retailers.”

If you would like to make representation to the National President on key issues of concern or if you have any suggestions as to how CSNA can best serve its valued members, please send your comments FAO National President to info@csna.ie or call 045 535050.
