Every member must ensure that your policies on refusing tobacco and alcohol to minors (under 18’s) are understood and implemented on every occasion by your staff. One “MISTAKE” is one breach of the Law too many.

– No one under 18 can buy alcohol or tobacco

– You and your staff can be charged with serious criminal offences if you sell to a minor.

– It’s not worth “TAKING A CHANCE”, if in doubt – refuse to sell.
