Your staff play a crucial role in ensuring that your business acts in accordance with the law, and that your reputation as a responsible retailer is maintained.
They need to be continually reminded of the Age-Restricted policies in place in your store. You are ultimately responsible for the actions of your employees so it is without doubt that you check and double-check that minors cannot purchase alcohol ,tobacco or lottery products in your shop.
