We have been informed that due to technical error the scheduled Direct Debit payment on 26th of September did not happen. Smoke Green wish to apologise for this matter.
There is no action required from you to continue paying by Direct Debit, and the error will not affect the service you receive in any way.
Smoke Green will take the monies owed on the next Direct Debit run on 26th of October.
