Membership in the CSNA has been of great benefit to my business, Vincent and the team are great advocates for the interests of our industry. On a personal level, I find the e-zine and the consultative meetings relevant and informative. Working within your own business you sometimes lose focus on issues you need to deal with more proactively. I have always find some “nugget” of information from my interaction with fellow retailers in this forum that solves a problem or highlights an issue that I should review and it usually saves my business money!
