I became a member of the CSNA in 1999 and have never looked back. In my opinion, it is essential that retailers have access to an organisation such as the CSNA. The help and advice you can get from the CSNA is invaluable both from the CSNA website and also from the very efficient CSNA staff that are only a phone call away. The extensive knowledge from the Association in the main areas of retailing such as Human Resources, Legislations, Suppliers etc. is priceless!
